- Order Cancellation
- Digital Products (software, subscriptions): Once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered, no cancellations are possible.
- Physical Products (medical equipment): Cancellations are only possible before the product is shipped.
- Refund Conditions
- Digital Products: No refunds will be granted after delivery, except in cases of proven malfunction or billing errors.
- Physical Products: Refunds are possible under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or non-compliant.
- The product was damaged during transport.
- Refund Procedure
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product or discovering the issue.
- Provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
- Once the request is validated, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Exclusions
