  1. Order Cancellation
    • Digital Products (software, subscriptions): Once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered, no cancellations are possible.
    • Physical Products (medical equipment): Cancellations are only possible before the product is shipped.
  2. Refund Conditions
    • Digital Products: No refunds will be granted after delivery, except in cases of proven malfunction or billing errors.
    • Physical Products: Refunds are possible under the following circumstances:
      • The product is defective or non-compliant.
      • The product was damaged during transport.
  3. Refund Procedure
    • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product or discovering the issue.
    • Provide the following information:
      • Proof of purchase
      • Description of the issue
      • Photos (if applicable)
    • Once the request is validated, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
